It was a nice one...

Liked: location was good. Hot breakfast was very good. The had several free newspapers each day. Staff were accommodating to my requests.
Disliked: heater in room was loud. The coffee machine was missing.

Exceptional

Liked: Ideal location. Clean facilities. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.
Disliked: The bed was more firm than we were accustomed to.

Probably wouldn't stay there again

Disliked: The breakfast was horrible. I've never er had such a tasteless disgusting waffle. The room had a chemical smell. It was so strong it woke me up a couple times at night

Gross, front desk was nice.

Liked: Liked that I only stayed one night.
Disliked: Filthy dirty, black and pink mold on bathroom ceiling with poorly patched up ceiling leak. Entire rooms smelled like mold & mildew. The bed looked clean but I still slept on sheet in my clothes and coat and used a towel over pillow and didn't use the blanket because the rest was so bad. There was clearance all around the sides and base of door so all the light and noise from hall came right through. I didn't know the area and was alone so didn't leave, just hoped to get a few hours of sleep. Front desk clerk was nice. I didn't bother complaining this was obviously an upper management, or lack thereof problem.

Disliked: Because my husband had not got his address changed since we got married they assumed we lived there and wouldn't rent to us.I tried to book in my name with three pieces of id showing I lived in Eastern Oregon with my husband they still would not rent to us. The rude clerk said as long as he is with you we can't rent to you. We are in our 70's, he only had his voters registration card with his new address on it she said he had to have two. I had three. What if he lived there and something like broken water pipes happened and he had to stay in a motel till his house was okay you wouldn't rent to him.WHY Wouldn't you rent to me I had the proper ID. Don't worry we found a nicer place they had no problem we spent two nights with them. By the way they had never heard of your policy.
