Exceptional

Liked: I have Parkinson's and the staff took exceptional care of me. The bed was very comfortable and I had an excellent night's sleep. The room was cozy.
Disliked: Nothing.

It was ok

Disliked: Room is run down. It isn’t the cleanest. It’s got mold and bathroom is clogged. Pull out sofa was dirty and stained. The male receptionist at the time of check in was rude. Food was alright, but time is from 6-9 and you’re not allowed to bring them into the room. Pricing was good. You get what you paid for I guess.

Disliked: I don't think I have ever witnessed less cozy room. The room was in fact spacious but no desk for work and not even one chair to sit down. Moreover the A/C was making disturbing sounds when set for heating. I had to switch it off and sleep in cold.

Disappointing

Liked: room was clean
Disliked: they charged me an extra 50 bucks the next day and still have not resolved the issue
