Upset with staff

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Staff that run the front desk were very rude. My son left his beloved panda in the room, they said they didn’t find it the day after. I asked to leave my phone number in case it turned up, they refused to let me leave my number and he started yelling at me. Will never stay here again.

Disliked: Staff was having breakfast from the buffet, while we were having breakfast. This is considered a total „no-go“ in many other countries. Since you have a lot of international visitors I would highly recommend you to look into this.
