Disliked: The room I had given me number 107 had a big wooden square that was glued and painted to the ceiling that the above room was leaking water into the bathtub with gravel and dirt that flooded the tub and the bathroom floor around the toilet. I have a video and still pictures and I’m asking in the survey to get half off what I was charged through Booking.com, if not, I will turn the pictures over to the health department calOsha and safety measures so no one can get hurt in the future. I spoke with the manager “Kathleen” who told me in my check out day to contact YOU booking.com so shall I continue with my asking of 1/2 off for the cost of my stay (yes I did ask for another room there were none and no one contacted me after my complaints) OR turn over the video and still pictures the my attorney and the health and safety board of that county in Calif.

Liked: The man Mr. Juan was a great customer service and very polite, respectful to my best friend Lorraine & l. I think we stayed at 263, not sure,lol. You need a man like Juan to work for your company. Thank you for your service and time.
