Unpleasant with ants crawling on...

Disliked: Room full of ants in when we woke up

We want our money back

Disliked: Woke up to ants in the bed on the tables beside the bed an on the stand the tv was on . We told lady at front counter we told her we wanted to cancel that next day we had reserved she said ok will tell her boss they would cancel and we would not get charged for Saturday looked at our account Sunday morning and they charged us anyway

Disliked: Breakfast was not my idea of a hot breakfast, toast, bagels, and waffles were the only things offered that were hot. Butter was frozen. No milk to drink was a little bit for cereal. Offering was very limited. Whole place smelled bad. Peeling pant in bathrooms, carpets were disgusting--halls and rooms. Halls were hot and humid, despite the AC running. Dated furniture. Only one USB port in the entire room. side door to the parking lot was broken. I don't think the owners care--maybe for money laundering. Pool was empty and apparently been so for two years or more.

Disliked: One of the nightstand lamps did not work, Toilet did not always flush, Shower did not drain, part of the shower head was broken, the back entrance door was broken and top was hanging off.

Liked: Our room had good cold AC . The bed was okay. It was clean.
Disliked: Nothing worked! Pool broke, vending machines broke, side door broke, key card broke. Curtains were all ripped up from hanging for years and years and the main drapes were covered in black mold. The foreign guy at the desk, I couldn't hardly understand was rude. For the price I expected QUALITY instead we just got the INN. Also someone attempted to get in our room pushing buttons on the key pad in the middle of the night. Would've made a mistake had they opened the door ;) .

Disliked: Broken soda machines on property only one ice machine working downstairs. I was on the third floor side door did not lock from the outside of the building carpets are filthy. No USB ports to charge your phone. I turned the bed light on and one side shorted out the other one side sizzled I left it off
