Disliked: The pool was outside wish it was inside pool . No sun shines in the pool so water was cold the entire weekend kids didn’t swim

No fridge and no ice

Liked: It was clean and good location
Disliked: The refrigerator didn’t work, ice machine didn’t work, door did not lock. I was charged on the booking app and then again by the hotel. Days later I still have not been refunded and even after letting the office know about the fridge not working and the door not locking, nothing was done. The ice machine had a note to get ice from the office and after I let the person know we had a cooler full of food and no refrigerator and needed ice, we were given half an ice bucket full and all of our food spoiled and had to throw it away.

Liked: Great location the room was super clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful had a great stayand definitely will be back again
