Liked: Very quiet, clean, friendly owner. No hassle to book or check in.
Disliked: The bed was too firm, but of course that’s just my personal preference.

Comfortable beds, clean, friendly

Liked: The room was clean, comfortable temp and beds. There was plenty of space. The staff was polite and welcoming. The location was perfect for the reason that we were in town. Will stay again if we need.
Disliked: The pool was closed but a reason was not listed or were we informed of this on check-in. We had a service dog with us and they changed our room after finding this out as they prefer to only have animals on the first floor. We were wanting to change our reservation as there was a snow storm coming in on our second night stay. They would not let us cancel because we had booked through a third party.

Disliked: Rude people run this place. First they called and wanted to know when we will be arriving. This place does not have 24hr staff. So they just left our room keys on the counter. The next night, my daughter asked for an extra blanket, the would not give her one!!!! Seriously, why?!?! Absolutely ridiculous. They were not flexible on the pool usage. People who run it are just rude. Please was old and dingy. Outdated, small.
