Liked: I have frequent the facility a few times since September. The was the best customer experience I've had. The 2 gentleman were concerned and pleasant. Wanted to make I would be satisfied because I have had a bad experience before. I can see they are trying to make improvements and yes work is still needed but I appreciated the CS.. the carpet was up in this room and it is needed in all rooms
Disliked: It's time to replace the shower curtains and curtains in all the rooms

Liked: I would have liked to have had bacon or sausage and eggs with the waffles that were offered. We decided to eat at another location to have a complete breakfast.
