Very convenient, clean room, pleasant...
Liked: Breakfast needs work, coffee was week and the stale sausage pancakes were hard. Forks were unusable as the bent while trying to hold the waffle still to cut it.

Disliked: They did not clean our room any of the days we were there. We asked that they at least refresh our towels daily and they did even do that

Staff was nice, the facility...
Liked: I loved the front desk employee. It was her first week on the job and she was extremely professional and polite.
Disliked: I found it odd that they charge a $100 cash deposit for locals to stay there because they’ve experienced people from around there destroying the rooms. Also, there were larvae underneath the sheets of the bed in our room. My boyfriend and I reported it immediately, took pics and alerted the staff of this disgustingly disturbing finding. Still waiting to hear from management regarding how we can be compensated for such a filthy room.

The stay was cancelled by...
Disliked: I booked the hotel through booking.com, paid and called the hotel to confirm. I received a call back stating that they are cancelling my stay due to no A/C, this was immediately following hurricane Helene. I said okay and I asked if I would have a refund and was told "I don't know". I have not received a refund.

Will avoid this chain
Liked: Location was right off of the freeway. We were able to sleep in a bed for the night while traveling back home from vacation.
Disliked: We told the front desk we didn't mind the air conditioning not working but another employee canceled our reservation anyway. They had rebooked our room to someone else and hastily gave us another room; Customer service was a mess and unprofessional. The room seemed to be in use already or wasn't cleaned properly; there was still leftovers in fridge.
