First time staying here. I would definitely stay here again when an event is at the Pittsburgh Indoor Arena!

Disliked: THE ENTIRE PLACE WAS FILTHY. OUR ROOM WAS THE WORST! ENTIRE PLACE REAKED OF SMOKE, STAINS ON WALLS AND FLOORS, DIRT EVERYWHERE. HOLES IN THE WALLS FROM PRIOR SCREWS, TOILET WAS NOT SECURED TO THE FLOOR AND ROCKED WHEN SAT UPON. TUB DID NOT DRAIN, AND THE SHOWER HEAD WAS GROSS AS SHIT

Disliked: When we arrived early morning after a hospital ER visit, my reservation was apparently not received nor was any other room available. Staff was unpleasant, stubborn, and insisted the hotel never received my reservation. We were lucky there were other hotels nearby with available rooms.

Liked: Good location, free breakfast. Shower pressure was amazing.
Disliked: Rooms could be cleaner. Walls in the bathroom had something running down them and chipping and the floors were dirty.

Disliked: The room was dirty and in bad shape. The bathroom had the towel bar hanging off the wall and the ceiling was severely water damaged.
