Liked: It was clean and the breakfast was better than I expected. It wasn't grand but did have variety.
Disliked: It is a bit outdated and needs to be remodeled. I think the staff makes up for this with cleanliness, but it looks sketchy from the outside.

Liked: Friendliest staff I have ever encountered. Room was clean and just what we needed fir a great night's sleep. Breakfast was amazing, especially the biscuits and gravy!

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

Liked: Your app said this hotel was pet friendly, which was a false.. This holet chain stopped being pet friendly in November of 2024. They would not honore the reservation. I called Booking and was told this reservation was not refundable. How can it be non refundable when your app had false advertisements that cause me to find another hotel at the last minute. I had to take my wife there for a medical procedure, We had to had to pay another hotel for a night. Please credit my account right away. I should not have to pay for BOOKING'S false advertisement. Thank you
Disliked: False Advertisement. Booking not caring about a customer, that was stranded almost 200 miles from home.
