Liked: Stayed for the night during a long layover at the airport. The process with the shuttle and overall service, combined with the facilities, made it a really nice experience to grab some much-needed sleep. Also appreciated the small breakfast bag, since we had to leave really early before the hotel served breakfast.
Disliked: No constructive criticism, was a good experience.

Disliked: Facility is aging. Took 35 min for shuttle to arrive but quick to get back to airport

Liked: Hotel filled a basic need for a 5 day unexpected trip. Common areas were a little worn but room was very nice. Unfortunately the literature said housekeeping would be done every 3 days, but no housekeeping was done in the 5 days at all. Needed to ask for more towels. Do not disturb sign only used overnight. Staff were very nice and helpful and the shuttle to airport or Via train was excellent. Breakfast was good. At the end of the day, the stay was good and representative of the price.
