Disliked: I walked into my assigned room and it wasn't cleaned. Bed not made, towels were all over. Then the room we were assigned next had coffee pods but no coffee pot

Liked: When I first got there I was a little disappointed by the room but once I asked them to move my room they did and from there everything was ok . For the price I paid my family had a blast. Well will be returning back soon

Disliked: It's was like staying in the ghetto, late night was scary. It was once, what looks like an amazing hotel. Now it's just a water park and housing for DSS... No staff. Asked for a coffee maker but they were out because the all been stolen. AC was not apparent in the room. I spent more money on getting outside things then the room. Also no smell of chlorine...

Disliked: Very old..smelled of marijuana in the halls. Needs to be updated. Broken ice machine.

Disliked: I want my money back first they made me repay for my stay second they put us in the wrong room had to move and then they didn't have a key card for the new room we couldn't leave because we couldn't shut the door to lock it the sheets and blankets dirty the toliet didn't flush the room was very cold the heat didn't work everytime the guy gave me a hard time.like he didn't like white people
