Disliked: Very old..smelled of marijuana in the halls. Needs to be updated. Broken ice machine.

Disliked: I want my money back first they made me repay for my stay second they put us in the wrong room had to move and then they didn't have a key card for the new room we couldn't leave because we couldn't shut the door to lock it the sheets and blankets dirty the toliet didn't flush the room was very cold the heat didn't work everytime the guy gave me a hard time.like he didn't like white people

Liked: Not good breakfast was cereal a frozen donuts that were stale and soggy when thawed. They were putting breakfast away at 915 am.
Disliked: The rooms were run down and not clean. I never write reviews unless we have a very exceptional stay or in this case a not so good one. Furniture was chewed on. Tv didn’t work. Overwhelming chemical smell made me fear the bed bugs word so I was worried about that the whole time. The water park was a safety hazard. The water was filthy and there was a heavy layer of grime on the floors especially of the hot tub, which was like warm at best. The basketball pool area was not swimmable as the temperature felt around 60-62 degrees. The air in the room was cold and it made for a very uncomfortable time trying to swim with our kids. Two of the three kids couldn’t handle the cold pool and the third doesn’t ever feel cold. There were some metal pieces on the kids slide that were rusty and lifting up that look like a hazard.

Disliked: The bathroom ceiling was peeling the indoor waterpark. The water felt like -10. Most of the arcade games was out of order. There’s even a hole in the elevator wall. I can’t tell you anything good about this place.
