Disliked: Gave us a room key went to the room someone was already occupying it went down to the desk gave us another set of keys went to that room somebody was occupant then when we came home there was the beds were dirty and nasty and hit hairs and garbage in it we did not stay we left

Liked: Nothing. This is a terrible accommodation. I did not spend the night.
Disliked: Dirty, smelled like cat urine and had roaches on the wall.

Liked: We appreciated that we were accommodated another room; while in our original room, the toilet was clogged and unusable.
Disliked: When we arrived, we found our room's toilet was clogged, took a good while before someone could assist us with fixing the problem. By the time someone did help us, we were there for 3 to 4 hours, with two adults and a six year old child needing to use the toilet.While we left for the day, cleaning staff came into the room, while cleaning they left the air control and bathroom light/vent on... We turn everything off before leaving.We did notice a fruit fly or two flying about the room, and killed a bug that was crawling around the microwave.
