Liked: My room #415; the switches at the room entrance were not working.The TV was working, no connection.The toilet water was running.The room did not have any extra blanket.I spell water on the floor, I cleaning it with toilet paper, the paper came out black.The bathroom was not clean I found dirt from the previous guess.

I stayed one hour because...

Liked: There was no heat when it was very, very cold outside, I asked for blankets, so I didn’t freeze, and I was given blankets with cigarette holes in them, the broom obviously had not been cleaned. At the point when I received the blankets that were disgusting, I then said I cannot do this and I checked out. It’s disgusting.
