Liked: The first room I received was not clean! The beds were not made and there were dirty towels in the chair.

Disliked: My spouse was rerfused the room but my credit card wa charged. The front desk said since the booking was in my name she could not get the room. I sent an email as the front desk rquestede to grant her access to the room and then they gave her the rooom but charged her on her credit card also.

Liked: Working TV and climate control. Bed and pillows were comfortable.
Disliked: Stains on the sheets. Cigarette burns on the sheets and comforter. Cigarette burns on the side of the tub. Shower Faucet was hanging off of the wall. Tub was badly stained.

Liked: I liked the facilities.
Disliked: I didn't like the person at the desk at 8:02 am on 3/16 tried to steal my deposit. Tried to justify keeping my deposit because of dirty towels and towels being on the floor. I hope this is not the standard that the management and owners promote.
