Way overpriced. I paid $145. with taxes on ConcertHotels.com - a 70 dollar room at most. Old bed sheets, old comforter, old carpet. Smelled moldy - just painted over old room. They charge you more for a beach side room and really there is not anything worth it in the area. I have paid $145 in Austin Texas for a top of line hotel like Casulo, which is modern and new.

Liked: Close by to Concrete Ampitheatre, beach and aquarium.

Liked: The breakfast was fine. The sheets were clean and the pillows were nice. The air conditioner worked.
Disliked: The entire facility and room appeared old, damaged, neglected and abused. The smell of bleach in the room was overpowering. The mattress was saggy and non supportive. The shower didn't work properly. We weren't given a lock code for re-entry from access to the beach. The poolside shower was very difficult to turn on just to rinse sand from our feet.

Disliked: This hotel is extremely ran down. The phone and other cords were rippedout of the wall. The hotel room was firty as ever. The simk sprayed everywhere if turned on yoo high.

Disliked: The holes in the walls. No hot water in the sink. Funky smells throughout. Powdered eggs for breakfast had way too much water. Looked like soup. Overall a disgusting experience and the price was more than the double tree nearby.

Disliked: the room and the halls smelled musty and we finally figured out that part of the reason it smelled in our room was because the carpet was wet. there were spots on walls where paint was peeling and water spots on sealing. I'm glad our plans had changes ahead of time and we only stayed one night instead of 3

Disliked: This place is worse than a rundown red roof and I would not waste one dollar on this place. It is falling apart nothing works. It’s filthy and disgusting. They say they have a hot tub they do not there is nothing at this place. We’re staying there for save your money sleep in your vehicle. Take way better value.
