I wasn’t allowed to stay

Disliked: I was denied access to my room because I needed to be 21 according to the employees (website said 18). They then emailed me and I wasn’t allowed to get a refund because I needed to cancel a day before my stay and they weren’t able to resell the room because I reserved it.

Disliked: wifi printed on paper, found it hard to read on the key envelope

Liked: beds were comfortable, Rooms were big and the water was hot.breakfast was decent
Disliked: our room wasn't properly cleaned as we found a big clump of hair in the shower on the side wall and there was a random sock that was not ours. there was a stuffy smell in the air and the door didn't seal completely as I could see light around all points of the door at night. Rooms were quiet but some of the pictures online were different as if it was under different management/ownership

Acceptable, but not particularly enjoyable....

Liked: Location was convenient.
Disliked: Very bleak interiors. Gray, cold and harsh.

Not worth the price.

Disliked: Room felt very damp and there were pubic hairs on the toilet.
