Liked: It was OK
Disliked: I stay in hotels both sides of the border most weeks of the year. Despite paying for my stay in advance using a credit card also acting as my guarantee, I was still charged a$300 deposit. To ridiculous for words!

Liked: Reasonable value with good options for the included breakfast. The room was quiet,clean, the climate control worked well and the staff were welcoming and helpful! The unlimited coffee machines in the lobby offered tasty options and the microwave and fridge were clean and worked well! I chose the hotel because of it’s walking proximity to my doctors office but there are also restaurants, a grocery store and pharmacy only a few minutes walking distance and I also enjoyed abit longer walk to the shores of Lake Ontario! Although my mobility was somewhat limited I also enjoyed the fitness room on a couple of occasions !
Disliked: A small detail but I noticed that the Canadian flag outside the front entrance was very faded and a bit tattered and more importantly I didn’t receive a printed copy of my bill
