Disliked: No hot water, no remote for TV, no light bathroom, only two light bulbs above sink, no batteries in smoke detector, only one Wash cloth, something splash bright red on the wall, carpet large stains, curtains looked like they could fall anytime, NO WATER when we got up at 530am.

Disliked: Went to check in on a Thursday. The receptionist said that their water heater went out on Monday and that they did not have water at all. But I could stay if I wanted and that they might have the water on that night or the next day. I was not emailed, called, or texted of this issue. She was rude when I asked about why I wasn’t notified, I was able to cancel.

Disliked: Overbooked! Sent to a room already booked, spent 15 in lobby trying to get new room. New room had 2 beds 1 pillow, no blankets, none working lambs, no TV in the room. Never ever stay there!

Liked: The staff at check in was awesome.
Disliked: The price for the things that were wrong with the room. The toilet seat was broken and coming off. The TV didn't work (had no channels) we had to call and get some one to fix it. The light on the desk had no light bulb.
