Liked: It was 6 mins from the football field venue we’re playing at.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that me and my family had to be robbed from sleeping like we had planned after being soak and wet and freezing from the games‼️ I had to knock on the Room 307 to tell them my family is up because of them and they’re loud. To come down to the office at 630 looking for the manager and explain in depth to the worker what happened, he tells me to call my booking agent to do the refund. Well the agent has me on hold to come back and say the hotel doesn’t want to honor my refund full amount because they’ll lose money. You rather lose money or customers???? I’m an Army Veteran as well so I’m highly pissed. Not a mention of a reservation for a weekend or anything come out these people mouth. Screenshot is me trying to message the office at 252am. It wouldn’t go through.

Outdated and bad breakfast

Liked: I asked the attendant to switch the rooms because the one I was given had a strong deodorant to hide the smell in the room and he did.
Disliked: The picture that are shown are not at all what the atmosphere and the rooms look like, it's small and outdated, the breakfast consists of a meat patty and buns, a honeybun and watery juice, that's it. I've never stayed in a hotel like this aside from one in a rural part of Mexico. I do not recommend for the price, their $70 tops single rooms
