Disliked: Better communication between Booking .com and your motel.

Liked: Property hyped too much on pictures, nothing like the pictures described
Disliked: Pictures showed a nice continental breakfast, think people in jail had a better breakfast than what they offered,

Will Never Go There Again

Liked: There was nothing nice about this hotel.
Disliked: The room was dirty, and there were burn holes in the comforter, the floor. It was supposed to be a spacious room, which it wasn't. There was supposed to be a hot tub in the room , it couldn't be used, there was a screw hanging out inside the hot tub. I had gone through Booking.com. I called them to report this. They reached out to the hotel to try and discuss the issues with them. The hotel stated that they don't refund money.
