Liked: Near the national park. good value comes with no frills breakfast. Helpful staff
Disliked: Bath tub drain and bathroom exhaust broken

Overall good.

Liked: Clean, reasonably quiet. Well priced.
Disliked: Had to walk my dog after dark. Heavily overstuffed garbage bin had family and aggressive dogs pulling out and going through garbage. The people were not at all aggressive but the dogs were.

Very good

Liked: Although it was an older property, it had been remodeled. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The exterior stairs needed some maintenance. As an older couple staying on the 2nd level, we had to use them with extra care.

Superb

Liked: I loved that the staff immediately moved us rooms due to cigarette smoke. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was great. Close to White Sand NP and restaurants.

Liked: The room was nice and it was great having a fridge in the room. I had a dog with me and I was happy to have a nearby grassy area for him.
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower wasn't great but it worked. There were people being loud right outside our door, which made it hard to sleep, but that's a small annoyance.

Would recommend for a short...

Liked: Bed was super comfortable and a/c worked great! Clean rooms/ Clean Sheets and the King Suite was very roomy for 2 people and a pet! 10 mins from the Holloman AFB makes an easy commute too.
Disliked: Bathroom is small and very basic. Plus the toilet had a small leak so that should have been tended too.
