Staff was great. Had a shuttle that took us to and from the Luke Bryan concert - that was great for us, since we did not know where we were going. Will defintely stay again.

Disliked: The area is very sketchy when we arrived and we couldn’t watch TV because the last guest used her app on the tv and it needed a code so we would be able to watch tv. Staff tried to fix the problem and she wasn’t able to resolve. In addition, breakfast they only had waffles and cereal. When I asked the staff lady was she going to prepare anymore so called breakfast (fruit, boiled eggs) which it was only 8am, she said no! but was watching guests like a hawk so the guests couldn’t take food back to the room but there wasn’t anything to take (10/21/24). I requested the manager to meet with (Tiki Dennis) concerning my issues before checking out of the hotel before heading on my trip and I still haven’t received a call back concerning my issues. It funny how she was on site and all of sudden she was unavailable to assist me because she had to go to another property.

The cleanliness needs improvement.

Liked: The staff was nice and professional. The beds and pillows were comfortable and parking was convenient.
Disliked: We've stayed at this location before and it was a bit disappointing this time. The room was dark and gloomy. It felt moist and smelled of mold. The bathroom floor was dirty and uncomforting to walk barefoot.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and check in was a very easy process. The room was well kept and clean overall for the price.
Disliked: The general overall neighborhood did not feel very safe not inside the premises but just outside the motel. However, I was unbothered. I didn't like that my building was separated from the main building, but that was a matter of preference. Overall not a bad stay though!
