Horrible

Liked: Nothing, affected by the mold smell, found bed bugs. Checked out early, left things behind, called for them and no one could tell me where they were.
Disliked: Read above and very unaccommodating

Great, inexpensive stay.

Liked: The room was clean and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: That our stay was so short.

Disliked: $100 deposit without notification in Booking

Disliked: Didn’t Honor the reservation, and secondly being charged for a room when i checked out early

Had fun and will be...

Liked: I liked that it was so close to the outlets
Disliked: The elevator. It was old and raggedy. They need to replace it

Staff is great first room...

Liked: The staff was very pleasant they were the only good part of our experience.
Disliked: We were given a room that smelled floor was coming up and the door did not lock we thought it did but when we went to go out the next morning door would not lock anyone could have walked in when we were sleeping

Would NOT choose this hotel...

Liked: I like that the hotel was close to the costal Carolina football stadium and right next to the Tanger outlet
Disliked: The odor in the hotel was overwhelming! Lobby area smelled like bleach/pool, hallway and elevator smelled like a boys locker room, the actual room smell like wet dog/water damage and everything felt damp. Breakfast was underwhelming
