The Quality Inn & Suites hotel is located in what the locals call the Golden Triangle, seated in Mount Dora, near Eustis and Tavares, Florida. This is a lake front hotel with a view of Lake Woodward and have two lake side gazebos. This hotel is also minutes from a chain of lakes which include Lake Dora and Lake Harris. You get what you pay...

Liked: Great location for going to Renningers Antique Extravaganza.
Disliked: The first room was stinky and worn. We had to change rooms. The front desk was very helpful. The breakfast was mediocre at best. It's better to use the coffee provided in the room. Plenty of good towels. I thought twice before walking on the carpet in my bare feet.

My stay was excellent given...

Liked: Breakfast station was serviceable which was fine for the price that I paid.
Disliked: Bathroom shower was serviceable despite a paucity of soap, toilet paper and shampoo.

Great customer service

Liked: The owner and staff were extremely helpful when I checked in and they told me my reservation had been canceled BY BOOKING.COM! We were all very confused. After booking.com never answered the owners phone call to try to clear this up... he found me a room (after claiming to be 100% full or booked for that evening) I appreciated the owner and staffs attention to an error made by a third party (Booking.com). We were tired from traveling all day and thank the owner if the motel for accommodating us.
Disliked: The heater in the sitting area did not work BUT WE ARE NOT COMPLAINING because we were so happy to have a room at all for 2 night!

horrible

Liked: The room was very dirty bathroom was fall part the room smell like smoke and it was no smoking room the room next door was full pot smoking individuals that you smell like pot. your other quests were outside the room making noise it was not a good experience would not recommend to anyone to stay at your establishment plus you had nerve to charge 450.0 for two night was outrageous

Our stay was nice. Close...

Liked: The rug was very dirty, it needs to be cleaned or replaced. The beds were comfortable. The employees were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The only complaint are the rugs.
Disliked: The rugs that were extremely dirty. They need to be cleaned or replaced.

This hotel is a short...

Liked: Management responded well to my requests prior to arrival. The room was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The breakfast area needs more lighting.

Won’t see me there again

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Tub didn’t drain , shower switch didn’t operate properly, broken towel rack. Noisy tenants. Not much of a breakfast.
