Liked: the bathroom was super clean AND JUST A SHOWER - thank you thank you thank you - I am afraid of falling in a bath/shower. And lots of nice towels but not excessive
Disliked: NO lights for the table and all of the 2nd part of the room. This was awful - couldn't see my food, couldnt read anything not on my computer, tripped over things because they were lost in the dark, couldn't read a book in bed.The beds are really complicated to get in to, particularly if you want to read in bed.

Liked: Location Can’t say value when I was unable to watch my hockey game in your tv. Liked walk in shower.
Disliked: No parking !!! After a long day that wasn’t good. Cable TV not working. For two days!!!!Room keys stopped working after one day. No resolution offered when complaining to Front desk about TV. Reporting it to Rogers doesn’t help me as a customer.

Disliked: The gentleman who checked us in quite late at night/early in the morning was not in a good mood. He never smiled once. We had an overly pushy cab driver who took us to the airport (as we arrived after the last shuttle) and there was a little bit of mis-0communication with the cab driver and that spilled over in to us checking in. The check in man was not happy at all.
