Liked: The bed was very comfortable the people were friendly. and very quiet
Disliked: In the website it said it had an indoor pool when we got to the property and asked they said the pool was not working. I am asking for $15 back since the pool is not working and that was one of the main reasons we booked this place.

Liked: Had a small issue with the payment a newer employee double charged us but when it was brought to Dakotas attention at the front desk a couple calls were made and the refund issued.
Disliked: It is not a 5 star but youre not paying for that either. It is convenient to everywhere and clean! There were a few spots in the hallway but they have been cleaned and dont appear to come out from the previous spill. No pool but the work out great!

Liked: The coffee.
Disliked: The bed was lumpy,TV wouldn't turn off and the volume button didn't work. Pool was broken. Carpet felt sticky.

Disliked: We booked a king sized bed but only received 2 Queen sized beds so we had to sleep seperate. Also breakfast was advertised as a full hot breakfast but the only hot items were waffles eggs and sausage. Was a decent experience but not what I expected.

Liked: Location, convenience, the facility met our needs. Thank you

Liked: My room was clean and the staff was friendly. Nice to see breakfast is back after covid.
Disliked: Dining area could use a good cleaning. Chairs were sticky,the table I sat at was dirty-but the food was good.Staff is friendly, but not very motivated. Both shifts sit and watch TV, day staff out front sitting on a cart smoking.The carts were also dirty
