Liked: Nothing, the place should have not been able to rent anything in the situation it was in, Boarded up windows ect. It looked like it was on fire and being repaired totally unacceptable

Liked: Location.
Disliked: It was under renovation. The floors in the hallway were sopping wet. The rooms floors were damp. Stains on all the sheets. The continental breakfast was waffles and coffee. They had two kinds of cereal but no milk for 2 days. Another patron said she’s been there 2 days and no milk. So literally dry cereal and a waffle. Not a thing else. The wet floor on floor 1 smelled of cat urine. Our room was musty. Our other 2 rooms upstairs were damp on the floors but didn’t have the musty smell.

Disliked: the hotel was under complete renovation,construction equipment all around the motel the room was not clean and had been heavily smoked in i would not have stayed but i was exhausted

Disliked: it was dirty they should say they were under construction water falling from ceiling no staff present

Liked: I liked the location of the property. It was close to the UD Arena.
Disliked: It was under major construction. My room was not clean & we had a hole in our window. Got moved to a different room that smelled like cigarettes, the carpet was soaked outside the bathroom and the room was not clean.

Bad

Liked: Nothing. We couldn't even stay there. They were renovating, and nothing was ever said about that. The roof was leaking, and our room did not even have. Smoke detector. I refused to stay there. I had to find another place at the last minute. At least the hotel did not fight me on giving me my money back. They have no business being open in that condition.
