Rate was low in comparison to the other hotels in the area (we were there for a concert). We were very happy with our stay.

Liked: Our room was clean with the exception of something greasy looking on one of the headboards.
Disliked: Kind of hard to find - could use some better signage as you are coming off the highway. I spent 10 minutes waiting to get checked in and 2 different people called to find out how to get there.

I will not be booking...

Liked: Nothing at all. Very dirty and unprofessional.
Disliked: The staff & management was very rude and inconsiderate. The room was dirty.

The facilities was ok, but...

Liked: Property was nice.
Disliked: The front doors are not automatic for the disabled. I’m disabled. I’m in a motor scooter. The doors we very difficult to open especially when you are trying to bring luggage in. They need at least one automatic door opener for handicapped individuals. I will not stay at this hotel again because it’s not handicapped equipped. Also, even though we rented a non smoking room, we kept smelling marjunna. We complained, but nothing was done until the last day of our stay. It was a problem for me because I sleep with a sleep apnea machine.

My stay was okay for...

Liked: The location and how close it is to the expressway. Also what’s around it.
Disliked: The house cleaning staff. They still. So if you ever know you left something and they say no. I’m willing to bet 100 that they are lying. Oh and they will try and act like they don’t speak English until you threaten to call the police or something of the sort. Absolutely ridiculous.
