Exceptional hospitality with delicious breakfast.

Liked: Space in the room and enough beds which accommodated my family.
Disliked: nothing that i would know of.

Liked: The clean rooms and the bed was so soft and slept good. Also that they have smoking rooms

Clean comfortable rooms and nice...

Liked: The room was large, comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable too. Breakfast had plenty of choices and delicious.
Disliked: No elevator (only because you have to carry your bags up & down stairs). Even though the signs were clear which way to go for your room, we still went up the wrong stairs. Had to go down and up again on the right staircase with our bags. Maybe because we drove for 9 hours that day, we just confused on the set up.

Everything was nice and comfortable.

Liked: Good, but not a lot of options.
Disliked: The fact that there was no elevator.

Disliked: Stairwell had cigarette smell, toilet in my room was plugged, carpet was either not vacuumed or very hastily vacuumed.

Horrible

Liked: Linda the housekeeper was wonderful. She was kind and very helpful.
Disliked: The hotel had a sign newly renovated but found out, that was 3 years ago. The room we had was run down and the bath tub was cracked and covered in a dirty scum. There are no elevators for handicap. Our room was in the back of the hotel which has never been renovated. There are people "permanent residents" who have dogs running without leashes. One was a pitbull. I would never go to this hotel again.
