Worst Place Ever.

Disliked: They canceled my reservation without notification due to THEM over booking. 1/6/25We were in the middle of an ice storm with no power or heat in our home, so we booked a room, received a confirmation number, and the funds were taken off my credit card, just to drive all the way there to be turned away and left to return home to a freezing cold with no power or heat and 10 degree weather. I will NEVER stay at the quality Inn & Suites in Marion Illinois

The staff were great.

Disliked: We paid extra for a non-smoking room but as soon as we walked in the room there was a strong smell. I think it was used for a smoking room in the distant past, but the carpet hadn't been replaced. The carpet was also dirty.

Not worth the price charged.

Disliked: No hot water, just barely warm. Can't access entire building without going on/out multiple doors and stairways.

Clean comfortable rooms and nice...

Liked: The room was large, comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable too. Breakfast had plenty of choices and delicious.
Disliked: No elevator (only because you have to carry your bags up & down stairs). Even though the signs were clear which way to go for your room, we still went up the wrong stairs. Had to go down and up again on the right staircase with our bags. Maybe because we drove for 9 hours that day, we just confused on the set up.
