Good hotel for the price

Liked: The location was very good, in close proximity to Wellsboro, which was our destination. It was easy to find and the travel was direct from Wellsboro, PA.
Disliked: I had booked a king suite through Booking.com but when we arrived, our room was not a king suite. We had 3 people in our party at booking, but the third person couldn't come at the last minute. If we had a third person, we would have needed the larger room, the room I actually booked. I brought this to the attention of staff the next morning, and I was told to contact Booking.com and they would straighten out the issue with Quality Inn. I did receive a credit for the room difference which was good and it was within two days of my phone call to Booking.com. I had paid for the king suite, but did not receive it, hence my phone call to get some kind of a credit for the room difference. I appreciate the fact that a small credit was given. I would stay at Quality Inn in Mansfield again. I'm not sure what would have happened if our 3rd person would have been able to attend as planned, as we wouldn't have had enough sleeping space in the room we were given. But I trust that Quality Inn would have been able to help us out. It was an oversight but I would like to stay there in the future when going to Wellsboro.

Liked: Breakfast was the typical items one finds, toast, waffles, eggs, yogurt, etc. The eggs were better than I usually find though.
Disliked: Nothing, it was all fine.

Disliked: Heat wasn't great in our room. We tried to up the unit and thermostat and it never was above 67 in our room. We also didn't ask anyone for help either. We didn't spend a lot of time in our room.

Liked: Convenient, clean, & comfortable. Great mattress. Nice property.
Disliked: Bathroom small. Driveway needs some improvement, but I realize it may not be property’s responsibility.

Superb

Liked: The first morning a lot of the items were running out or empty for awhile. But there was a lot of people eating when we were there.
Disliked: Keeping a better eye on the amount of food product that was out.

Pleasant

Disliked: Bed was too hard.
