Disliked: The staff was rude. I reserved this room for a tenant because they had no water due to frozen pipes and it was paid in full and when he went to check in staff wouldn’t let him check in because they wanted a deposit. Why a deposit for one night and it was paid in full. He was rude about if there was any damages. I told him I was a professional and this tenant had frozen pipes and no where on the site it said a deposit was required

Liked: Good location a park with fountain creek just across the street. Friendly staff.
Disliked: There was not any grass for my dog to do his business. There was a designated spot but it was just gravel. The refrigerator didn't have a thermostat and all our food and drinks froze so we had to use our cooler.

Liked: The staff was very polite and friendly. The room was clean and well-maintained. It was equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and stove, which made our stay convenient.
Disliked: The only downside was the breakfast, which could be improved.
