Nice stay!
Liked: Everything. Staff was great and facilities were great.
Disliked: The only small complaint I might have is that the hot tub wasn't hot enough. Still enjoyed the pool area.

Very good
Liked: The rooms were clean and enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: The staffer who put up the breakfast was very rude to my wife. Not going into great detail but she was upset and was grabbing stuff for the kids and I. BTW the breakfast was terrible.

Cheap, got the job done...
Liked: Location was great, with easy access to Cataloochee Ski and Harrah’s Cherokee, making it a solid budget-friendly stay at around $100/night. The room was clean enough for a short visit, and while the elevator wasn’t working when we arrived, it was only one floor up, so it wasn’t a major issue unless you needed accessibility accommodations. Given the price, it served its purpose well, especially if you’re not planning to spend much time in the room.
Disliked: However, the room had a bit of a musty smell, which wasn’t ideal. The breakfast spread was on the lower end of a standard continental offering—nothing to write home about. While it wasn’t terrible for the price, there wasn’t anything particularly impressive about the stay either. The lack of an elevator could be a problem for ADA guests, and overall, it felt like a no-frills experience. If you’re looking for comfort and amenities, this might not be the best option.
