Liked: 2 rooms were good and the third room had a broken window on the ground floor. Bad odor in room and curly hairs in sink. When we complained they only put a sheet over the window. Totally unacceptable.
Disliked: Unrentable room that we were assigned. Smelled bad - not clean. Broken window that could not be locked.

Disliked: My recent stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing, marred by a series of unfortunate issues. The breakfast, advertised as a highlight, was far from appetizing. The food was poorly prepared and lacked freshness, leaving much to be desired.The staff, unfortunately, did not improve the situation. Interactions with employees were consistently unpleasant, marked by a lack of courtesy and helpfulness. Simple requests were met with indifference, creating a frustrating and unwelcome atmosphere.Basic amenities were also lacking. The shower water was consistently cold, making for an uncomfortable start to each day. The advertised Wi-Fi was completely unreliable and practically unusable, forcing me to rely on my personal hotspot for internet access, adding unexpected expense to my trip. This was particularly inconvenient and unacceptable. Finally, the beverages offered at the hotel seemed watered down and lacked flavor.Overall, my stay at this hotel was far below expectations. The combination of subpar food, unhelpful staff, inadequate amenities, and the necessity of using my own data plan created a truly negative experience. I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.
