Liked: 2 rooms were good and the third room had a broken window on the ground floor. Bad odor in room and curly hairs in sink. When we complained they only put a sheet over the window. Totally unacceptable.
Disliked: Unrentable room that we were assigned. Smelled bad - not clean. Broken window that could not be locked.

Disliked: I found three shot gun shells in the pull out couch the room was not cleaned that well. The lady working night smelled like weed she had a visitor come sit with her while we were in the pool area that we could see. Just felt very low grade hotel I expected more.

Disliked: Room definitely needed painting and bathroom wall corner needs fixing from years of water damage. Ac/heating unit wasn’t functional and thermal bedding was torn with stuffing coming out. Pillows were veer small and flimsy.

Liked: Location was convenient, for a quick rest in the middle of a 16 hour road trip. Let us check in after midnight. Changed our room without a problem when we noticed the tv was broken. Breakfast was just ok.
Disliked: The breakfast staff (one person it seemed) was working without much on hand. No butter, no juice, no fruit. On our one week, 4 hotel road trip. This was the 4th hotel that claimed to have a hot tub, and upon arrival the hot tub wasn't working. Total bust for a nice soak. Back door where the only place left to park was didn't have a working card key entry. Was told it was caused by the weather. The room didn't have a dead bolt that worked.
