Liked: The desk clerk was very helpful in fixing my TV and doing what he could to fix any issues I had. Which I got his name to tell you. Evening shift plus since I'm a cat person that was a big plus all the feral cats around. Thank you for being kind to them.
Disliked: The phone wasn't working but really didn't need it.

Liked: The staff is amazing! They are so helpful and very pleasant. The hotel is clean! The room was clean with plenty of clean towels! The A/C was cold. The bathroom was clean! I will definitely be staying here again!

Disliked: Bathroom was dirty with hairs on the floor and shower. Turning the sheets down on the bed there was many hairs on the sheets and the sheets did not appear to be clean. In the next room the staff gave us all of our white socks turned black on the bottom from how filthy the floor was during our stay.
