Liked: Nothing. I wasn’t even able to stay here.
Disliked: The staff. I had booked my stay. I had been told I would pay upon arrival but still needed a card on file. I left a card on file. The morning of my stay, when I woke up at home to start my long drive to Little Rock, I woke up to a missed call from the hotel, a message via Booking from the hotel letting me know I would be getting a handicap room (which would’ve been fine if necessary), and a notification from Booking letting me know the property cancelled my stay. Not exactly sure what happened on their end but I guess they overbooked? That’s the only thing that makes sense to me. I don’t see why they would call, tell me I will get a specific type of room, and then cancel my stay altogether. I had to scramble to get a different hotel with similar pricing. Very inconvenient. Booking did nothing about my problem with this property. I wish I could put them on a personal black list so I never risk booking them again.

Liked: The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The staff was very nice and professional. The free breakfast was okay, but it could have been better. The sausage links were not browned, they looked like they were heated in the microwave.
Disliked: They could improve on the selection for breakfast. It was adequate, but could be better.
