Please advertise the correct pictures...

Liked: We liked the breakfast it was good and plenty of options to choose from. And the room was clean and smelled nice.
Disliked: We didn't like the fact that booking showed our king suite room came with a jacuzzi tub in our room and when we checked in there was no jacuzzi tub went to front desk to complain about it and was told that booking advertised that which wasn't true so was very disappointed because it seem like false advertising to us. Which is not fair to us because we are thinking we are paying for a room with everything in the picture and when we get there it's totally different. And also the front desk said there would be a $50 deposit which was fine but then was told since we had a reservation thru booking that they are holding $104.00 for the deposit which again wasn't stated no where on our reservation on booking! So for future reference we will think twice before booking and may have to call to verify the true pricing for the deposit and verify what we see on the website is what we are gonna get once we arrive if it says a jacuzzi tub there should be a jacuzzi tub when we arrive.

Liked: Convenient location and clean.
Disliked: Towels need to be replaced. Thin and like sandpaper.

Bad

Clean, great value. Nothing fancy...

Liked: Older building showing some aging. However, for the price it was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. Nice breakfast, not a huge selection but again - value. While we didn't use them but, they had a pool and fitness room.
Disliked: Wanted an extra towel for my hair and the young man at the desk wouldn't give me one unless I brought a dirty towel back! We didn't have one since there was only two in the room and my husband needed one.

Pleasant, but not great

Liked: The pool and hot tub were nice!
Disliked: The pull out couch in our king suite had no mattress only coil springs to sleep on. Also our complimentary shampoo and conditioner had already been half used and put back. The air conditioner also didn't want to stay on.
