Saved money, got what we...

Liked: It was less expensive than nearby hotels. The staff was helpful and nice.
Disliked: MAJOR Construction happening at the hotel and also it seems to be a hub for contractors and road workers at the moment. The room was old fashioned, no padded carpet, TV did not fit the area, shower is in disrepair and tired, loud bathroom fan, old curtains in disrepair. I hope they are in the middle of a remodel - that would explain the mismatched nature of our room. Significant amount of noise late night and again in early morning as all the workers left. BTW - it was a Friday night so that was surprising.

Unfriendly and snobby toward people...

Liked: The maintenance team was amazing. There were problems with the pool lift for people with disabilities and one of them got in the pool to help me get my daughter out! He went above and beyond.
Disliked: The front desk staff and the manager. We're extremely rude, mostly the manager and the older gentleman who works in the evening seemed to be very bias toward the fact that we have a biracial family and a child with a disability. He was. Extremely passive-aggressive and very rude to my daughter's workers. They gave us rags to use because apparently my daughter got the towels too dirty and they weren't kind about it. The manager didn't want to extend our stay because we have medical respite Workers and my daughter is non ambulatory, so I always have a helper. Which I made them aware of. But still they said we had too much traffic , which is funny because there were some other funnies that have going on that they're sending seem to be focused on us. The manager sent the very rude night attendant after she left the building at six thirty at night to tell me they wouldn't. Be extending our stay after already saying that they would. This put me in a very bad position and seeing as how my daughter has a lot of equipment.The manager never called me back. The rooms weren't that great. They were like 1 star. Hotel acting like a 5 star hotel... You would never go back there or recommendset.Anybody in herespecially families with different needs.
