Liked: It was adequate. 9:00 was too early to close dining.
Disliked: Not being able to make reservation directly thru hotel on site over the phone. Not a booking agency!

Liked: Everything was great, except the beds. Once you were in, it was comfortable. But, every time you would move, the skirting, which is metal, it would make a banging sound and would wake the other person up. Breakfast was great as usual, as we have stayed there before. But, because of the noisy beds, we will look further down the road for our next visit. Thank you.

Liked: Close to downtown
Disliked: 1st room had roaches. I ask for roach traps at front desk and was told that's maintenance. Check back tomorrow. Later that evening, I heard water running in my bathroom. Water was running out of the ceiling from the shower above me, into my shower. This meant that I had probably showered earlier standing in someone else's shower water.That was room 229. I was given keys to room 317. I picked up the food I had purchased, and my bag and moved. Room 317 had not been cleaned. I took my things back to room 229 and went back to the front desk . I was given keys to 305. I then retrieved my things from 229 ,and moved to 305. It was a room without a refrigerator. The food that I had purchased would go bad. I never heard from Management, this must be normal to them.

Disliked: dirty restroom floor only 2 bath towels no hand towels no wash cloths no bath mat? food in fridge

Liked: We had no water pressure in the first room. They moved us to another room which was great! After showering we dried the floor and the towels were black like the floor hadn't ever been mopped! When I said something to the young lady at the desk and showed her pictures she just said we would get clean towels....couldn't have cared less how gross the floor was
Disliked: They need to learn how to mop a floor, beds and pillows were very uncomfortable
