Liked: Exceptional customer service from Cammy at check in and Ky in the morning at check. I stay in a LOT of hotels, 10 in past month. I'm finding Quality Inn&Suites to be the 5 Star, top-notch go-to chain to seek out if available. Superior value, each stay (Lubbock 2 weeks ago, Lafayette last night). They've flipped beat-down, poorly reviewed properties and succeeded, by staffing them w Ace employees, in providing stellar value stays, enhanced w over-the-top , go-extra-mile to satisfy guests, such as Cammy and Ky. Either one of the gals could easily manage a property, based on my personal experiences with them. Great property, value price, Exceptional staff. I'll be staying there 3, 4 times in coming year. Keep it up Gals!

TOTAL BULLSHIT

Liked: This was the worst experience I have ever had with a Hotel!!! The room was very dirty, no towels, toilet paper, no soap or any toiletries at all, there was Shit in the toilet bowl, bugs all over the floor, the bed was just very dirty and we slept in our clothes because the sheets and bedding were so filthy!!! we asked for a different room but was told NO!! the night Desk Clerk was rude as HELL to my wife! the smoke alarm was missing and the wires were hanging from the wall. The smell of the room was horrible and we could not sleep at all so we left the hotel after 3 hours with NO SLEEP after a 10 hour drive.
Disliked: EVERYTHING WAS JUST HORRIBLE AND I CAN'T BELIEVE BOOKING.COM EVEN ALLOWS THIS HOTEL TO BE PART OF THEIR BOOKINGS. I FEEL A TOTAL REFUND OF OUR PURCHASE WOULD BE THE LEAST YOU CAN DO FOR ME AND MY WIFE

Very disappointing

Liked: First off there’s a lot to say but I’ll only say a little. They booked me into a room with absolutely no towels in the bathroom. The AC unit looks disgusting and full of mold. The bed was made very very unprofessionally. The TV remote didn’t work. Had to go get another one. The front desk lady was very inattentive, I believe her name was Ana. She was more interested in her phone call than doing her actual job. I wanted to leave and go to a different hotel but because of its closeness to my destination I decided to stay. Even after notifying the front desk there’s no towels, they only gave me 2 towels and made absolutely no effort to bring me anymore. And told me they don’t have anymore cleaned ones at the moment. I’ll never book there again. Definitely not worth your money and comfort.
Disliked: The location was very close to my destination. Was only a five minute drive. It’s also close to restaurants so that’s a plus. That’s all.

Conveniently located facility with good...

Liked: The air conditioner was Arctic powerful, which is essential in the south. The beds were also really comfortable. I think I slept better here than on my expensive bed at home. The staff were friendly and accomodating.
Disliked: The Booking reservation wasn't in their system, so we had to be manually entered as if we'd never booked. Luckily for us there was still space. They also might have been short-staffed because the front desk clerk was cleaning a room, and the first one she tried to assign to us was still dirty. She quickly assigned us a different room, which ended up being a free upgrade. (Thank you.)
