Liked: The ease of checking in was great, the staff was wonderful. They were very helpful and nice. Compared to other places we have stayed in the area I definitely recommend this place

Disappointing overall due to uncleanliness...

Liked: Breakfast exceeded expectations! Convenient location!
Disliked: Dirty floors! Sofa couch was unusable wreaking of what smelled to be cat urine and the extra blanket was stained badly and smelled like urine too! Manager was unavailable to discuss complaints when I called and stopped by desk on more than one occasion!

fantastic stay, good value for...

Liked: The location is perfect for both Universal & Disney , rooms were lovely, plenty big. Breakfast was ok, could get coffee anytime which was a bonus.
