Liked: Presentation looked good, building looked clean and neat. The pool was great. When I call the front desk, i was told that she couldn't do anything about it and that they did not have another room to put us in. Very unprofessional.
Disliked: Bedbugs in both rooms that I reserved. We were all bitten by the bedbugs. The juice dispenser, dispensed mildew...not clean.

Liked: Breakfast was tasty.
Disliked: Exercise room consisted of one dated treadmill, one bike, and 50 pound dumbbells. Not good for any workout.

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: This property is in need of a major renovation investment. Many things are simply worn out.

Liked: Nothing I didn't even stay booked by accident and general manager couldn't even talk to me
Disliked: Nothing I repeat money hungry couldn't even help me.

Disliked: Reeked of cigarettes on our floor. Room didnt smell clean. Other guests were horsing around, running through the hall and pounding our door. Someone then tried using their card at our door. Just awful experience as we had young kids with us.

Disliked: Staff was incredibly rude

Disliked: I got stuck because parking lot was not plowed. My son fell on ice and got hurt. My car went into the ditch In there parking lot and a guy in the room next to us overdosed and police had to come and give him narcan. Quality inn hotel has gone down
