Liked: It was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The pool and hot tub were well kept and there were always towels.

Miserable.

Disliked: The staff at the hotel cancelled my two-bed request and gave me a single king bed. This was without my consent or knowledge. And because we were such a late check-in, there were no two-bed options available for us.

Disliked: Been there to use the pool and it got shut down due to overuse of chemicals. Broken blinds laying on the end of the hallways, room numbers were laying on the floor replaced with a taped up piece of paper. The floor in our room was uneven and the tile was cracked. The staff at the desk was very rude when I asked about the pool. They also had no vending machines besides one pop machine. Their snack machine was empty and out of service along with their juice machine for breakfast. I feel like I'm entitled to a refund because I got scammed.
