Disliked: Been there to use the pool and it got shut down due to overuse of chemicals. Broken blinds laying on the end of the hallways, room numbers were laying on the floor replaced with a taped up piece of paper. The floor in our room was uneven and the tile was cracked. The staff at the desk was very rude when I asked about the pool. They also had no vending machines besides one pop machine. Their snack machine was empty and out of service along with their juice machine for breakfast. I feel like I'm entitled to a refund because I got scammed.

Liked: The food options for breakfast were very good.. Things you could eat there and things you could take with you. The lovely lady manning the breakfast area was very helpful and delightful to converse with. I needed to borrow some scissors and the counter assistant was very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: No complaints.
