Liked: Affordable, worth the price. Easy parking.
Disliked: During 4 nights stay, always found scrambled eggs tray empty in the breakfast. Microwave also not worked, which made it hard to warm any food when needed.

Liked: Location to where I needed to be.
Disliked: I noticed the age of the facility. The upgrades are nice, but some extra attention to the maintenance would be a noticeable difference.

I was discussed with everything...

Liked: Location was close to where I needed to be. This is the only positive thing I have to say about this hotel.
Disliked: First thing was they had luggage carts that we used to get our stuff to the second floor. Front desk told us that the elevator was down the hall and after looking and not finding it we came back to ask again and she said that they didn’t have an elevator we had to carry it upstairs. While we carried our stuff upstairs there was damage to the carpet and as I was going up my shoe got stuck to the glue on the bottom side of the carpet that was sticking up and I nearly fell down the stairs. When we got to the room, the bathroom was dirty and had damage and the microwave didn’t work. My daughter went downstairs to inform the front desk and they told her that she could use the microwave in the breakfast area. She complained about having to go back and forth to use a microwave when we should have one in the room then she offered maintenance to come look at it and gave her a key for another room. (The key for the other room happened to be the same key for the room that we were already in). When putting our food in the fridge, the freezer section was completely frozen over with ice taking up space in the fridge section which will ruin the refrigerator. The refrigerator door seal had mold all the way around the seal. We didn’t have silverware to eat our food so I went downstairs to the breakfast area to get silverware. In doing so the front desk attendant told me we couldn’t go in the breakfast area until breakfast time. I told her is that the same location as the microwave that you told my daughter to use because the one in our room didn’t work? She said yes, I replied so it’s ok to go in for the microwave but not okay for me to get silverware. I went back to the room. Then the kids wanted to watch tv so we turned that on and the tv did not work so we called the front desk . They sent maintenance to our room. I showed her when she arrived everything that was wrong in the bathroom and took her in the bedroom put and showed her everything there.

Cheap but you get what...

Liked: The staff was very nice and answered all of my questions.
Disliked: There were a few bugs and it was a little dirty.

Short, tense and noisy visit.

Liked: Location was ok.
Disliked: Parking lot was very icy. There was a “police line do not cross” tape on a doorway in the hall. It would have been nice to receive a heads up about that from the desk at check in. Lots of hall/exterior noise. Door seal wasn’t great.
