Not worth the money paid....

Liked: Convenience to shepherd university. Sheets across the street. Shower was clean.
Disliked: The room smelled absolutely disgusting like burnt mold or something. The carpet was soo dirty. My socks were black after a half hr of walking in my room. Had to wear my shoes. There were no decent breakfast options other than the 1 waffle maker everyone was in line for because they would never refill it.

Disliked: dirty towels, Clogged toilet when I arrived (clean) that I have to unclog myself because there is not Maintenance on weekends

Liked: The online ability to book was easy through booking.com
Disliked: There was a problem with my credit card, so the Desk Representative on duty that evening called me to tell me about it. When she said she ran my card and it was declined, I thought it was a scam because I was to pay at the property. She further made the situation even difficult by saying "no" we need you to pay before you come in, even though, clearing on booking.com it states pay at the property, but she wasn't even giving me a chance to think and respond, she said, so I will just cancel your reservation. I was 10 minutes away and just wanted to get to the hotel, she did not give me any chance to respond to say I would be there in a few minutes and take care of it, she wanted me to do it while I was driving. She just kept asking me for a credit card or I would have to cancel, even though I stated I would be there in now, 5 minutes. It was very unsettling. I have chosen this hotel because it is close to where I work, but I would rather drive extra then to be treated that way.

Decent rooms and Great staff

Liked: The staff gladly accommodated our special request to have a room next to/across from our friends that we were traveling with.
Disliked: Rooms were clean but had a faint musty/damp smell at some points when running the A/C. Not a game changer, but somewhat unpleasant a times.
