Disliked: We had to kick the door in after using our key card and it tuning green. The area was awful. We felt unsafe and came home early

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: It was extremely dirty and the beds were covered with hair. The toilet was not properly secured to the floor. I requested my money back and left after seeing the poor condition of the room

Liked: Location and staff. I would go by again.
Disliked: Not the cleanest. But under new ownership and they’re closing it up. You can tell.

Liked: Staff were kind and friendly. Beds were comfortable. The rooms seemed clean.
Disliked: Breakfast did not live up to expectations, unless all you eat is cereal, muffins, toast, and yogurt. Scrambled eggs tasted awful, biscuits were dense and doughy, gravy was cold, waffle batter was too runny--the inside was always undercooked, no matter how long you left it in the waffle iron. There was a bloodstain on one of the sheets, which the staff replaced promptly, but it was not a great first impression. The whole place could use a fresh coat of paint and air freshener.

Terrible will reconsider before staying...

Disliked: Attitude at front desk wanted a deposit to make sure we didn’t damage room. Yet, the room had recently had pictures removed leaving a stain on the wall. The bathroom sink leaked getting everything wet that was on floor. The carpet was torn. Had an ironing board but no iron. The blow dryer didn’t work . In am went down for free breakfast. The milk was sour. No bagels only white and wheat toast but toaster didn’t work. The waffle mix was like water. No sausage or bacon, but attendant was sitting in area on her phone the whole time. Had been traveling for several days this was the very worse experience.

Liked: Pet friendly
Disliked: Scary damaged neighborhood.--- too late to find another place that was pet friendly. Room seemed dark and not as clean as expected. But sheets looked ok to sleep on. Toilet backed up with first use. Maintenance man said we could NOT use toilet paper in commode. Had no COLD water, only hot. Very odd. Back doors to hotel had all their card sensors ripped off. so could not use for bringing in luggage. Certainly did not want to leave my car in back lot. Worried about vandalism. Slept a few hours and got an very early start to get away. Worst hotel ever1 This place needs to be shut down.
