Would not stay there again. Front desk guy was uninterested; too run down.

Disliked: Smelled outside; smelled inside the room like mildew; A/C wasn't good; ironing board cover was stained; hair dryer didn't work.

It was okay, but I...

Liked: The staff was friendly and polite. Beds were comfortable. Close to airport and Union Station.
Disliked: The property was run down, new paint would have gone a long way. The bathtub was horrible. No hot water in the evening. Vending machine didn’t work, no fresh fruit for breakfast and you couldn’t buy any water at the facility. One of the lightbulbs was burnt out buy the night stands.

Liked: Location is fairly close to downton.
Disliked: You WILL only get 3 very small pillows and a rude denial to any request for an extra. The best "well kept" part of the hotel is the lobby on the web page. The rest is hit and miss dilapidated structure.
