Awful, people in the place...

Liked: The person that checked us in was friendly but gave us wrong information when it came to our pets and the price!
Disliked: We told them we had two dogs and they told us that the first one they didn’t charge for the second was $15 extra. That was fine then they took $219.50 out of our account two days later. After speaking with them directly they told us we didn’t tell them about the dogs! Then they agreed to charge us $35 for the two dogs. Still more than we agreed. They are robbing. People at this place and I will not. Stay at another Quality Inn!

Disliked: Pretty much everything. Property is extremely run down and in urgent need of renovation. Also poor quality service.

Worst bed EVER

Liked: The evening lady at the front desk was amazing and friendly. The gentleman who checked me out was not so much
Disliked: Everything in the room was fine minus the bed. It was a box spring with a mattress pad on top, and it was very hard, very squeaky. I felt the springs in my ribs as i tried to sleep.
