Disliked: The rooms were very humid and the smell of damp was very overwhelming to say the least.

Liked: Great location and super friendly staff. Good breakfast for price.
Disliked: Everything was great and super comfortable, and hotel had a good breakfast for price. Appearance was clean and smelled good but we ended up killing 2 roaches in our room. I would suggest pest spray.

Liked: The location was great in the middle of University Drive
Disliked: There was a cigarette burn in my comforterThe bathroom smelled like a Men’s Urinal, had to request for my bathroom to be re cleanedThe towels and wash cloths were stained with pubic hair stuck between the threads, they also ran low on towels and wash cloths The AC ran poorly in room 316 it was never at a comfortable setting in my room.The staff was friendly but the stay was not worth almost $600Sunday morning I got up to shower and a roach was in the tub. I showered when I got home because by then I had enough.

Comfort and convenience

Liked: Very central location, nice clean property, VERY comfortable room, and the breakfast was well stocked! All staff were friendly and accommodating. Would absolutely stay again!

Liked: Almost anything you want to go and do or eat is literally within a mile or two and at a $120 a night these days is hard to beat. Definitely recommend this place for a clean cheap comfortable night out
