Completely awful

Liked: Located on main road so it was easy to get to and from while we was visiting Arkansas
Disliked: German house roaches was found in the room multiple times . When brought to manager’s attention she acted like she could honestly care less about the major issue . Claimed it’s due to the hotel door being left open and that allows the cockroaches to gain entry. Ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart as well.

Superb

Liked: Very spacious rooms. Nice bathroom facilities. We decided to stay an extra night and keep our same room. Parking in front of rooms and doors open to parking lot. Staff was especially helpful when I had a medical emergency and allowed my husband to stay longer. No carpets, lovely tiled floors. Traveling with pets this is a great option. Great coffee and hot water available 24/7 at check in desk. Beds are so comfortable i want that mattress We very much enjoyed our stay and will most likely stay here again
Disliked: The driveway to get in is a little obscured. Breakfast options could have been a bit better.. Bathroom all tho nice could use a bit of an update. . Not much grassy area for dogs

Decent Stay

Liked: It was clean and good location. Breakfast was very good for the price of the room.
Disliked: We did not get the room that was reserved. Hotel landscaping makes leaving challenging. No USB ports in room.

Overall, our stay was decent.

Liked: Location was great. The comfort of the beds were good.
Disliked: Breakfast was fair, could be better. No fruit available during time of my stay. More options would have been great. Guests in another room (or rooms) were smoking marijuana on my floor, the odor was strong and widespread. My kids were inhaling it also.
